Widespread Issues With Online Timetables

Students' timetables are reportedly showing up blank on their online accounts.

Students are experiencing widespread issues viewing their timetables on their portals, according to IT services.

In an email to all students and staff send this morning, College informed students that there were significant problems with timetable information on online Blackboard, my.tcd.ie and myday.tcd.ie accounts

Timetables are reportedly appearing blank, absent of any classes for users trying to access their schedules .

In the email, IT Services said that they “are working to resolve this as a priority and will ensure the information can flow correctly from the internal systems to your timetable”.

In the meantime, students are advised to check with their relevant schools or courses for today’s class schedules.

Trinity IT Services apologised for any inconveniences caused, assuring students that they would try to resolve the issue “as soon as possible”.

This week marks the second week of teaching. This year has seen the implementation of a completely new year structure, with students returning to College two weeks earlier than normal. Christmas exams will be introduced across Trinity this year as part of the changes.
