The University Times

The University Times is Ireland's largest student newspaper and the current holder of the Student Publication of the Year award. In everything we do, we strive to hold College and the Students' Union to account.

The Statistics Editor will help with polling and the interpretation of data within The University Times. While the position will be primarily concerned with polling for the Students' Union elections, there is potential for other projects and polling throughout the year.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of both how to interpret and present data, and should be capable of creating graphs and infographics. Ideally candidates should have an understanding R, Python and Microsoft Excel.

Candidates should work very well in a team, and should expect collaboration with editors and journalists.
